I started in the rooms where every word mattered — in diplomacy and cross-cultural negotiations, where listening was more powerful than speaking, and nuance could mean the difference between alignment and misunderstanding.
It was there I first learned what leadership really requires: presence, precision, and the courage to create bridges in complexity.
That path took me into management consulting and corporate leadership, where I was called to turn around teams, rebuild trust, and reorient companies back to their values. I couldn’t shake the sense that we were still leading from outdated playbooks and solving the wrong problems.
So I built what I couldn’t find: a modern leadership advisory firm that speaks to this moment in time — one that guides bold, visionary leaders toward not just performance, but purpose.
